Project Cancellation/ Refund request terms and conditions:

As with any online purchase, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. Any requests for refunds will be accepted in accordance with below mentioned guidelines: 

• If any of the contract / project is cancelled by setoofy .  Then 100% refund will be made to clients.  

• If a client is not satisfied and decides to cancel an ongoing project , In that case the refund amount will be decided based on the progress and with mutual discussion.

• The refund can be requested before progress reaches 60% . After that the project will not be able to be refunded .

Process for requesting a refund/ cancelling Project

Anyone seeking a refund can ask for a refund via mailing us at team@setoofy.com or payment@setoofy.com.

Refunds usually take 7 day . But you should refer to the refund period mentioned in the email you receive after refund approval.
